Valley Women for Women offers a midwifery practice which is the "best of both worlds". Patients who are seeking a more personal and more natural approach to their prenatal care may receive it from any or all of our three very experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), Janice Bovee, Belinda Hodder, and Diane Ortega. Should the patient need medical intervention, our midwives are backed by the physicians at Valley Women for Women.
Patients may schedule appointments with certified nurse midwives in our office at our Val Vista drive location, either during the day or as a part of our Family CircleSM group prenatal program. Deliveries are performed by our Certified Nurse Midwives at either Mercy Gilbert Medical Center or Chandler Regional Hospital. Our Certified Nurse Midwives do not do home births and currently do not deliver at Banner Ironwood.
