We are located South of I-60 on the East side of Gilbert Road.  From I-60, Exit on Gilbert road and travel south.  After passing Baseline Road, the Gilbert Health Center building is located on the east (left hand side) of Gilbert Road. We are located on the first floor of the building in Suite 180.
