Please remember that it is your responsibility to maintain an accurate record and knowledge of your policy. Any misinformation may lead to unexpected out-of-pocket costs.

Unfortunately, there are some insurance plans that we do not carry. If you have one of these plans, please contact your provider before you visit Valley Women for Women. We DO NOT accept the following plans:
- APIPA not accepted in 2014
- Benefits of America, Inc.
- Care 1st
- Evercare
- Health Choice (or AZ Health Choice)
- Lifewise
