Valley Women for Women OB/GYN, a thriving all female provider OBGYN practice in the East Valley of Phoenix, is seeking a full-time OBGYN Physician. Enjoy working in our Gilbert or Queen Creek offices with a staff which has virtually no turnover. We highly value work-life balance of all our employees. REQUIREMENTS:
Current license to practice in Arizona as an MD or DO physician required. Current DEA number also required. Positive, upbeat personality is a must. Ability to treat all others – coworkers and patients – with utmost respect is required. Candidate must be a team player who is happy to work with NPs, PAs, and midwives in a highly collegial and non-competitive environment.
Bilingual a plus. Local candidates and those who are able start before Spring 2013 preferred.
DESCRIPTION:
Full time candidates work 38 office hours per week Monday through Friday, except when on call, in-surgery, or post-call. Offices close at 3pm each Friday and are closed weekends. Call duties supporting three hospitals are split evenly among doctors plus one doctor outside of our group. We are hiring so that we can eventually split call groups and align each group with the hospital they support so that doctors aren’t spread so thin when on call. The practice is a balanced mix of both OB and GYN patients. See vwfw.com for practice details.
Experienced doctors as well as 4th year residents will be considered.
You will have regular access to our doctors and mid-level professional staff to help develop your skills. You will have full support from a Medical Assistant. You will have the support of outstanding triage nurses. Income is guaranteed salary.
Our practice is built around providing patient service at the highest level. We have in-office ultrasounds, an in-office lab stations, a limited in-office pharmacy, and offer in-office procedures. Our primary Gilbert location offers spa services.
We serve the Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley areas with offices in North Gilbert, South Gilbert, and central Queen Creek.
